Paypal is really one of the most popular way to receive and sent money online, you can also purchase product or services online using it. But before we can use it in its full service we must first link our paypal account to our own credit card, debit card or own bank account for us to verify it. This is really necessary for us to remove the sending, receiving and withdrawal limit in our paypal account and also to avoid our money that we sent to anyone to be held by PayPal for security purposes because we still didn’t verify our account . That’s why it’s really a must for us to verify it.
 

• First you must visit www.unionbankph.com and fill up the eon cyber account application form

Important Notes : Make sure that your First Name, Last Name and even Middle Name and your full address is 100% the same to the information that you put in your PayPal account for you to avoid error and avoid to pay for penalty in verifying your eon account to PayPal (so always check if your spelling is correct) . Also make sure that the mobile number that you will put in the application form is active because you’ll need it to receive the reference number that UnionBank will be send to your mobile.

• After your done filling the application form,  wait for the reference number that will be sent by Unionbank to your mobile number. Once you receive the reference number, you must save it or remember it because you need it when you go to the unionbank branch to confirm that you really apply in eon cyber account online.
• Once you receive the reference number, please prepare at least two valid id, for list of acceptable id that you need, click here : LINK
• Visit the pick-up unionbank branch that you choose in your application form, make sure that you bring 350 pesos for the registration fee of your Eon Account and also bring at least 200 pesos to deposit in your account, it’s important to deposit at least 200 pesos because PayPal with need it to verify your Eon Debit Card. Be sure to also bring 2 valid id with one photocopy each.
• Go to the information table in the bank and tell them that you want to apply for eon account. Tell them that you apply for eon cyber account online and give them the reference number. They will ask you to give them your valid id’s with your photocopy.

Note : Most of the time they will ask you to fill up another form like the one that you fill up online, so again make sure that all your information that you will put in the form especially your full name is 100% the same in your PayPal account.

• Once you submit your requirements and already fill up another application form. They will now ask you to pay for registration fee and also don’t forget to give your first deposit for at least 200 pesos.
• Now after you pay the fees and your deposit, you just need to wait for minute to get your Eon Debit Card.
• Congratulation! now you already have your own Eon Debit Card. If you don’t know, UnionBank’s Eon Debit Card is a combination of credit and savings account. It means you can buy using it in any store all over the world that accept visa card, more importantly you can also use it to buy online. You can also deposit, save and also withdraw money from your savings account in any atm machine that accept visa card worldwide.

Now that you have your Eon Debit Card, you can now verify your PayPal account.
Here are the step to verify your PayPal account using your Eon Debit Card.

• Log-in to your PayPal account and click the tab Get Verified
• Fill up the necessary details of your Visa EON Debit Card in the field. (PayPal with then send 4 digit number or expuse code for you to verify your account and also they will get 100 pesos in your account that’s why I told you to deposit at least 200 pesos in your eon account. )
• After that wait for at least a day and then call in to UnionBank’s customer service hotline and ask them that you need to get your Paypal Expuse Code to verify your PayPal :

• If you already enrolled in EON Cyber Account for Online Banking then just – Log-in to eon cyber account then look for your transaction history and get your expuse code.
• In the transaction details you will look for "VISA-PP*aaaaCODE", copy the 4-digit code (aaaa)
• Login again to your PayPal account and click Get Verified, then PayPal will ask you to enter the 4 digit expuse code. Put your expuse code in it then its done.

 
Now your PayPal is now verified! and you already remove the limitation in your account! Congratulation!
