S – Measuring SATISFACTION and well-being can be helpful in understanding productivity and perhaps even for predicting it.
P – PERFORMANCE is the outcome of a system or process. The focused results need to be both business and developer-specific.
A – Developer ACTIVITY is the number of outputs performed during the work.
C – This shows how people and teams COMMUNICATE and work together.
E – Developer EFFICIENCY and flow refer to how much progress a developer can make continuously without being interrupted.
